Custom Replacement Molding for Insurance Restoration
When fire, smoke, water, or other property damage affects an existing wood molding profile, finding an exact replacement can be difficult.
Bleau's Custom Molding NW LLC manufactures custom and short-run replacement molding for insurance restoration contractors, general contractors, carpenters, and property owners throughout the Pacific Northwest.
We manufacture the required wood products but do not provide installation, painting, staining, or on-site restoration services.
Custom Replacement Molding
When existing molding is damaged, discontinued, or unavailable, Bleau’s Custom Molding NW LLC can manufacture a matching replacement in the quantity your restoration project requires.
How It Works
01. Submit Project Details
Tell us about the property, the type of damage, the molding that needs replacement, and the approximate quantity required.
02. Provide a Sample
An undamaged molding sample is preferred. We can also review detailed drawings, measurements, photographs, or specifications.
03. Review & Quote
We evaluate the profile, wood species, dimensions, quantity, and manufacturing requirements before preparing your custom quote.
04. Custom Manufacturing
After approval, Bleau’s manufactures the replacement molding and coordinates pickup with the restoration contractor, carpenter, or qualified installer.
Manufactured for Restoration Projects
Restoration projects often require only a limited quantity of matching molding—not replacement of every piece throughout the property.
Bleau’s Custom Molding NW LLC specializes in short production runs for projects where an existing profile is damaged, discontinued, historic, or unavailable from standard suppliers.
